How long do I have to return an item?
Please note return must request on your online account within 24 hours from the date of receiving the shipment, otherwise your request won’t be accepted. All returns must be made within 14 days of the e-mail confirming return request has been accepted. This is in addition to your right to return an item within 14 days from the date of receiving the order.
Do I have to pay anything to return my items?
Returns/Exchange at byondonline.com – you will have to pay for the delivery of the return.
How will I receive my refund?
Once the return has been approved, you will receive your refund via the same means used to make your purchase within 5 working days. A payment confirmation emailed will be sent to you once the refund payment has been made.
How To Return An Item ( Follow steps listed below):
simply Log in to your account and request for return ( a return request must be made within 24 hours once you’ve received the order)
you will receive an email from the Byond team email with full return instructions
follow our instructions and return the item as stated in our return email ( For UK, Germany and Luxemburg Customers Only).
** Please include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.
Shipping is complimentary on all EXCHANGES; however, if you are based outside the EU you will need to pay taxes and duties on this.
Please note we held no responsibility for the custom and duty fees. These are non-refundable.
Please make sure your items are returned new, unused and with all designer garment tags still attached. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange. Order Shipping Fees are non refundable.
*Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. Your must return the item within 14 days of your purchase.
We do not accept return(s) if:
– You are returning shoes, bags, swimwear or any other accessories, due to our hygeine policy
– The products are damaged due to your mishandling
– For any sale items we do not accept returns
